"I am Anguria Augustine, a senior student in my fourth term and a vice chairperson of the Scripture Union at St. Johns High School Mukono Kauga. When I was chosen as a vice chairperson in my third term back in 2023, I only knew a few things about leadership. I was not confident enough to speak to my fellow students and the people I was
leading. However, when the Discipleship Journeys with Jesus Partnership Training came to our school, their team led a great, wonderful lesson for us — teaching us many things about Christ and leadership. Beginning that day, by the grace of God, I developed a new confidence to lead others. The Bible says in Romans 13:1 that leadership is from God.
